What Vibopop offers, how digital delivery works, and how to contact us.

Vibopop is an online AI video creation service at vibopop.com. We help people turn their portraits into short, template-based music videos for creative expression and entertainment.

Who runs Vibopop

Vibopop is independently operated by Enzo. Our primary contact for product support, billing assistance, and privacy requests is support@vibopop.com.

What we offer

Choose an available video template, upload portraits you have permission to use, assign the cast, and select an output resolution. Vibopop processes the generation and provides an MP4 you can play and download from your account. The current APT template produces a 26-second video in 480p or 720p.

Our products are digital services and account credits. We do not ship physical goods. AI output can vary, and no template implies endorsement by an artist, performer, or music label. A template does not grant ownership of third-party music, choreography, trademarks, or other protected material.

Pricing and credits

You can purchase a one-time credit pack or subscribe to Pro. Current prices, currency, generation costs, and included credits appear on our pricing page and at checkout.

  • Credit packs are one-time purchases without automatic renewal. Purchased pack credits do not expire while your account remains open.
  • Pro offers monthly or annual billing and grants 90 credits each month. Unused subscription credits roll over up to a balance of 180; an annual plan issues credits monthly rather than all at once.
  • Generation costs are shown before submission. The current APT template costs 20 credits at 480p or 45 credits at 720p.

Digital delivery

After a successful payment is confirmed by our payment provider, credits are added to the account used for checkout. Generation is processed asynchronously; completion time varies with provider availability and demand. Completed videos remain in your private account storage until you delete them or your account.

A generation marked as failed returns its deducted credits automatically. This is a credit adjustment, separate from a payment refund. If a payment is confirmed but credits are missing, or a job appears stuck, contact us with your account email and order or job reference.

Payments, cancellations, and refunds

Checkout is provided by Waffo Pancake. For purchases sold through its Merchant of Record service, the Waffo entity identified at checkout and on your receipt is the legal seller for that transaction. Vibopop provides the video service, credit delivery, and product support.

Manage subscription renewal through billing settings and the linked Waffo customer portal. Our Terms of Service explain cancellation timing, and the refund section explains eligibility and how to submit a request.

Responsible creation and privacy

Upload only portraits you own or have explicit permission to use. Do not create deceptive impersonation, non-consensual sexual content, harassment, or material that violates another person's privacy or intellectual property rights. AI-generated videos should be identified as synthetic when sharing them could otherwise mislead people.

Portraits and videos are private by default. Live generation sends the necessary portraits and reference material to our AI service providers. Read our Privacy Policy for details about data use, recipients, storage, and deletion.

Contact and product support

Please include your account email and the relevant order or job reference. Do not send passwords, full payment card numbers, or security codes. For a Waffo billing question, you may also use the customer portal or support details on your receipt.
